Project DLL in /bin folder keeps disappearing

Periodically, my project dll inside the bin folder keeps disappearing
(????) , which creates a "Cannot load type myproject.global " error .
?????

Is .dll file inside /bin folder disappearing after u compile ur
project?Strange..
