Prohibit Shutdown & Restart during Logoff or Disconnect

Is there a way to 'get rid of' the Shutdown and Restart
menu selections when you actually just want to do a
Logoff or Disconnect from Terminal Server 2000? Users
tend to NOT READING the screen, and we had a couple of
mishaps with this.
Thanks for any help on the issue....
 
You can do this through your groupm policies. There are
policies in there to remove the shutdown option from the
Start menu.

Technically, if all your users are normal users, they
shouldn't be able to shutdown the server anyways.
