ProgressBar in Excel

Hi, I am trying to create progress bars in Excel using VBA. I want to
support this code on Windows ans well as Mac.
Does anyone know how to do it?
I have managed some thing, but the problem is that this progress bar
is conitinious on Mac, but is discontinous in the Windows world..
So any better approaches..
I have used multiple Buttons to create a single progress bar, but some
homw there is a frame associated with each button on the windows side,
whcih makes the bar discontinious..

Any help would be highly appricaited..
