Progress Bar of Outlook 2000

I'm using the Outlook2000(Part of the Office2000), It is
a powerful tools. But I hope I can monitor the progress
when I receive and send out the mail. BUt the outlook2000
can't display the progress bar as the Outlook Express.

I hope it can display how many mails on the remote server
to be download, and havd sent 1/5 and so on...


Who can tell me how to do it?

Double click the animated icon to get your dialog box back again, and next
time don't select the option to hide it.

Russ,

I test it in Copration mode and also internet model , the
same result, the Outlook only display a animated icon
(Mailbox fly form left to right), don't display the
progress bar as the outlook Express.

Internet Mail Only mode supports this.
Corporate/Workgroup mode does not.
You did not mention which mode you are using.
