when I click on start, then all programs, and then all my programs show up
there are two columns and the bottom of the second column is there but I
cannot read what it says because it goes off of the screen, I have adjusted
all monitor settings possible so I figure it must be an xp setting can I make
it 3 columns so the last one will show up?

If it can't fit a third column on the screen due to your resolution, you can
probably work around the trouble a few different ways. Here's what I suggest:

Right-click the Start button > Properties.
Under "Start Menu" click Customize...
On the Advanced tab, under the Start Menu Items section, find and check
"Scroll Programs".
Click OK, then OK again.

What this does: now you'll get single column of programs, but you can move
your cursor to the top/bottom to scroll the list.

And if it would take 3 columns to display your programs, you might consider
organizing the list. Move all the games into one folder, for example,
instead of a seperate folder for each company (EA Games/Microsoft Games/etc)
