Programs on Startup

On a local PC running XP Pro with 5 user accounts (Big
Family) I want a program to run on logon for only one
user. I know how to set the local group policy to start a
program at logon. But it is for all users logging in. How
can I limit this to one user, and the others will not have
access to this program? I know there is probably more ways
than one. Thanks a lot

Place a shortcut in the individual user's startup folder (documents and
settings\username\start menu\programs\startup).
