Programs Menu in Start Bar

Can anybody help me. I need to be able to hide the programs option in the
start bar from logged on users. I think that this is possible using the GPO
but I cannot find the required option.

Simon,

Is this for XP? If so, you can probably use User
Configuration\Administrative Templates\Start Menu and Taskbar\Remove All
Programs list from the Start Menu.
