programs error

Hiya, I have been having problems with Msn messenger
(windows and 6.1) and Media player, every time i try to
open each, there is an error message and it requests me
to send a message.

Hi,

Please let me know what the error message you are getting.
Check if you have updated your operating system with latest Service Pack
and hotfix.
For Windows XP you will have to apply SP1.
To keep your operating system updated by visiting www.windowsupdate.com
I believe installing MSN 6.2 will fix the entire problem with MSN 6.1.
