programs dont work

I have two accounts set up on my computer. One account
can open programs but the other can't. I get an error
message that says that the program in not installed.
I have done something to the one account but I dont know
what. I tried restore but that didn't work.
Programs that don't work ie: MS Word, Excell and others.
How do I get these programs to run on the one account?

i think you have set the other acc option to where only
admin can run that specific program while the other acc
can't run the program. CHeck your user acc at control
panel.

Hi,

For Office programs, run the edit on line 171 (right hand side). Ignore the
name: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

If this is not a permissions issue, the edit will place the information in
the registry for the other users.
