Programs do'nt install

Hi,

I tried to install 3 programs on a friend's PC, Incredimail, Google Earth,
NASA World Wind , all seem to rely on the MS installer. In all cases the
installation starts, then stalls forever. The process appears in Task Mgr,
but eats no CPU.

Try running this tool and then try to install the program you require.
