programs corrupt after syst restore

After using system restore for a computer problem, I lost some file paths(?)
or some program files were renamed. I now have a couple of programs (ITunes,,
Quicken and Belkin) that I cannot uninstall, reinstall or use. Can someone
help? Thanks
