Programmatic reboot

I am looking for a program that I can execute to cause the
computer (Win98, Win2000 and WinXP) to reboot. Does anyone
know of such a tool? How can I induce a reboot without
clicking or alt-ctrl-del?

XP pro has a command called (believe it or not)
"shutdown". Open a CMD box and enter
shutdown /? for more info.
(not sure if this command is availabe elsewhere)
