Programmatic administration of DUN

Hi,

Does anybody know the object model of Windows 98 DUN (Dial-Up Networking) ?
My goal is to write a short console C# program to bring up and hang up the
modem connection. If such tool exists already, please someone point me where
to get it.

I did some automation of DuN a few years back using the IEAK (Itnernet
Explorer Administration Kit) ... it should be available to download from the
Microsoft site
