program windows too small

Hey
When i open certain program windows (fx winrar 'open
here...') which are in a fixed size (no possibility of
scaling...), then the windows are too small.
How can I fix this?

Whether or not the window of this type (called up by the right click menu)
is resizable depends on how the program is written. Some of those shortcut
menu items will bring up "mini" versions instead of the full featured
program windows.
