program trying to access e-mail

I have Norton anti-spam. I recently reinstalled XP. Now, when I try to move
something to the spam folder I get "A program is trying to access e-mail..."
It is very frustrating to have to take extra steps needed. How do I make
this go away? FYI, I checked regedit and don't have
"PDFMOutlook.PDFMOutlook" option to change. Please help. Thanks.

do you have the most recent version of Norton?
