Program to save audio from a video file

There's a video that I downloaded and I want to save a song parody that's in
it as an mp3 (yes, I tried searching for the song itself).

Is there a program that will enable me to do this?

May be you should provide the format of the video.

One way is to install VirtualDub and an AC-3 ACM decompressor.

Open the file in VirtualDub, select "Virtual Processing Mode," save as
wav, crop and adjust as needed.

You should take the mediacoder. It's an excellent
Audio/Video-Transcoder, just choose your video und define the output
(videocodec with none). Here to find:

I've never tried it with a video, but CDex should record anything you can
hear in your speakers. Go to Tools > Record from Analog Input.
