Program to monitor speed and actual transfer rates

Looking for a Freeware program that will do speedtests and monitor actual
transfer rates. I know what XP and XP Pro will do, not accurate enough.
Looking for something more accurate and that can keep a log in case I need
to complain to my ISP.

NetMeter, the freeware equivalent of DUmeter, can be had from

Thanks. Had it installed and didnt even realize it. Although I dont see
anyway to keep a log. Ill use it just the same.

Right click on the tray icon and select Totals. Options allows you to
vary the reporting and data from the daily, weekly and monthly reports
can be exported in CSV format and imported into a spreadsheet,
database or table or simply viewed in a text editor.
