Program Startup Minimizing To System Tray Rather Than Task Bar

Howdy!

I have a program loading at startup & was wondering if there is any way of
making it start up minimized to the System Notification Area / System Tray
rather than just the task bar? I've currently got it to minimizing to the
task bar but would like it sent to the Tray instead. Is there some switch or
something to make it do this? There isn't any option in the program options
to do this. Thanks for any/all help!
