"Program not found" when clicking on links in Outlook Express

Whenever I click on a link in an email in Outlook Express 6, a "Program Not
Found" dialog box opens up, and says Windows cannot find
dustingforfingerprints (which I believe is some sort of blog/Xanga thing one
of my kids has), and it also says This program is needed for opening files of
type 'URL: http protocol'. Then it prompts me to enter the location of
dustingfingerprints. I guess it thinks this is the program to open weblinks?

Outlook Express 6 is part of Internet Explorer. This group supports Microsoft
Outlook which is part of the Microsoft Office suite. Please post in the
Outlook Express group to get answers better suited to your email client:
