The Windows XP program window is cut off on the far right
of the screen. Is there anyway to fix this without
having to use the "scroll" option, which is time
consuming and annoying in my opinion. Thanks.
 
Right click the Start button, select Explore and/or Explore All Users.
Rearrange your shortcuts so there aren't so many first level sub folders.
