Program menu on start menu

how do i permanently display all items on program menu without having to
expand it everytime?
 
Hi Gordon,

Right-click the Start button and then select Properties. Click on the
Customize button and in the Advanced start menu options field, scroll to
locate and uncheck "Use Personalized Menus", then click on OK, Apply (if
available) and OK.
