Program Installation by User Account

I have searched high and low; hence, my question. I do not get the PIN
option when I right click on a program or shortcut.

When I install a program, how can I do it so that the program is only
accessible by certain users? Furthermore, so that the icons do not appear in
the Programs Folder of the Start menu. For example, if I install a game for
my daughter, how can I install it so that the program is only accessible
using her User Account?

Simply open up her User Folder as Her and copy the shortcut to the program
into C:\Documents and Settings\HERNAME\Start Menu\Programs and maybe under
games (If the folder isn't there make it if you like)

PS you could just drag and drop it from the ALLUSERS startmenu folder into
hers.

ohh and yes you dont want it in your folder / the allusers = C:\Documents
and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs folder so delete the shortcut from
there.
