I recently installed an application and at the very end got the following:

"The following file did not self-register or unregister: 1. C:\Program
Files\<file location>\drc.dll. Error loading type library/DLL."

Is this a windows thing and if so might there be a way to manually register
or unregister this file in the application?

Thank you.

Hi,

It's not a Windows thing, and that is not a windows file. To register a
library file, click start/run and type "regsvr32 >filename>" and click ok.
This will work for self-registering files, for others you will need to
reboot.
