Program icon

Hi,

I want to change the icon for my program. i have modyfied the
properties ==> build ==> aplication icon
but when i open explorer its shows always a stupid icon

That should be sufficient. Maybe restarting the system helps.
 
Restart already i few honderd times I have the problem for a year
Also new info I have the icon in explorer when I use icons(smal or large)
but not in list or details
