Program Error- IEXPLORER.exe has generated errors.

When I attempt to go to some sites or from inside a site to another link I
get the Program Error- IEXPLORER.exe has generated errors and will be closed
by Windows. You will need to restart the Program. An Error Log is being
Created. Cancel. I wait for the log to come up and nothing shows.
I run Adaware & Spybot. still same outcome. After reading some of the posts,
I downloaded and ran HiJack this. with the following results.
