program access and User accounts

Hi, I recently set up Limited accounts for my 2 kids, the problem is this:

A game installed on my account does not now run properly on the kids
accounts, either not working at all, or crashing after start.

I believe it could be something to do with the accounts not allowing access
to its save folder or something, but am not sure.

Does anyone know what I can do about this, obviously my kids are desperate
to play, but I don't want to have to give them administrator accounts.

You're correct in thinking it's a problem of the limited accounts not being
able to access folders. I usually overcome this by uninstalling from
Program Files and installing in a separate ProgFilesAllUsers folder on which
I have given all users write privileges. In Win XP Professional it can be
done using the Properties, security tab after right-clicking a folder, but
in XP Home we are supposed to use the CACLS command on a command line --
C:\>cacls progfilesallusers /e /t /g users:c

but in fact you can cheat by booting into Safe Mode which gives access (in
admin accounts) to the GUI method that's normally only available in
Professional.
