No, you will have to set up IE in a different Windows User Profile to do
what you want:
There was a program called Internet Explorer Settings Swapper (aka
InterSwap). You can Google for it, but it was for 95/98/NT and I don't know
if it works in XP. It was great while it lasted and I don't know of another
program out there like it. A few years ago, I wrote the author begging him
to bring it back and update it, but I guess he was busy with other projects
and business.
