I've become fairly skilled at building MS Access Databases. It started as a
hobby that has taken over my "actual job" at work. What does it take to "go
pro" and how would you get started? Is there a website for freelance work?

The best such site would be for you to market your skills on your own
site. google some variations of "Access Database Development" and
you'll get a bunch of hits.

There are several market venues: Elance, RentACoder, GetAFreeLancer,
etc. There's a dysfunctional bottom feeder mentality in play on all
of them. For the most part there are outrageous expectations for very
little pay. Many bid requests are bogus; people looking for design
ideas will post a project that they will never execute but they get
lots of bidders to contribute possible paths to solutions...

Your mileage may vary.

Bear in mind that these Access newsgroups are for the presentation and
resolution of technical issues that developers face, not for
employment opportunities or exploration.

I'm looking for some to help me create some databases that I link to a website. I can give more details if you are interested.
