Product registration

I have already activated my copy of Windows XP Service Pack 2
I cannot run the registration wizard, even by typing regwiz /r. into to Run
box.
Can anybody help me solve this problem
 
Registration is optional, and gives you no additional benefits. Why do you
want to register your copy of Windows?
