does it say product key on it? the key on the side of the
computer would be for the operating system.

Well, we can see this completely undescribed sticker from where we
sit, so we really can't say. But, if you purchased a computer with a
factory-installed OEM operating system installed, then the Product Key
is supposed to be on a label affixed to the exterior of the computer.

For an OEM product it is the Certificate Of Authenticity with Product Key.

Probably - the format of that is 25 characters in groups of five, like
AFH7K-KW39Y- etc
