I attained Windows XP through a business that ordered
computers which came with Windows XP. The business had no
use for Windows XP so they gave it to me. The problem is
that I have no product key as the COA is with the
computers. Does anyone know how I can get a product key
legally?

and purchase a "full version" of Windows XP.

go to the computer sofware store and give the nice sales person a bunch of
money and they will give you Windows XP with a product key.

If the business "gave" you the Windows XP CD, why didn't they give you the
CD key. Ask them for it!

You cannot, I'm afraid. What you were given was a CD that
accompanied an OEM license.

OEM versions are _permanently_ bound to the first PC on which they
are installed. An OEM license, once installed, is not legally
transferable to another computer under any circumstances.
