product key

Ive had my new PC for a bout 2 months (bought it with vista already
installed) and now it keeps asking for the product key and I cant get beyond
it. when i retype the product key given it says its already in use. Can
anyone help me...starting to hate vista!!

reactivate over the phone number as suggested by the error message. It takes
about 5 minutes.

Did you do what the ****ing computer told you to? No. Go back, read the
screen and this time do what it says.

As Michael says, re-activate over the phone. It is a free phone (toll free)
number, so it isn't going to cost you anything.
