product activation trouble

I have changed pc's but kept the old hard drive for backup and storage. when
I try to use office update I get product invalid. I tried to activate word
2002 again but Microsoft's system says it's still invalid what do I do ???

HELP ME PLEASE !!!

you need to activate it manually: the dialog should point you to a
telephone number where, after explaining your situation, you should be
given a new code.
