How can I put a password to protect my outlook messages from other users?

Add a password to your Windows account and do't give it to anyone.

Ask here, get an answer here. On top of that, it's not a good idea to post a
real address in a newsgroup, unless you can handle the junk and viruses you'll
get afterward.
