Hello.
First: I have a CPU Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 2.40 GHz
Second: In task-manager i saw a process called: "mscorsvm". This make my CPU
to run up to 80% - 90%. Why? What is this process?
Thanks.

Will installing a new processor mean getting a new vista licence?

Hi,

Are you sure that isn't mscorsvw ("w" and not "m" on the end) your are
seeing? That file would be part of the .net framework, not an essential
system file. If it is indeed an "m", then you may be infected with some
malware.

Changing processors, especially a major change, will likely not require a
new license, but it likely will require that you reinstall Vista and
reactivate by phone.
