Processes in Task Manager

Hi i have some strange processes in my task manager if anyone has any
idea what they are could you please let me know

This is on Windows XP Home SP1
Processes are

Ddsschednt.exe
SOption.exe
Rsisvc.exe
SrScanDr.exe

Please help
