Process problems

everytime i shut off my computer now i have to end
program iexplorer.exe i think thats what is is but this
time i saw one that said "should not see me" and i had to
end it and last i checked there isnt a program
called "should not see me" aso what is going on here

Do you have all the critical patches for your OS
installed? Do you have a firewall installed and
activated; or absent a third-party firewall, do you have
the Win XP firewall activated? Do you have anti-virus
software (currently updated) installed and enabled?
Suggest you take the above actions, if you can't answer
with a "yes". When is the last time you scanned your
machine for viruses, worms, and malware? "should not see
me" sounds mighty suspicious.

Iexplore.exe. The first is a Microsoft product; the
second is a backdoor virus masquerading as Internet
Explorer.
