I have a client who, when starting Excel, gets the
message "cannot use object linking and embedding". This
does not happen all the time but when it does, Excel will
not start at all.

The only way to get Excel to work again is to reboot
after this happens.

When clicking on any shortcuts to spreadsheets we
get "Excel.exe has generated errors & will be closed by
windows. You will need to restart the program. An error
log is being created."
After this happens we must reboot.

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
