Procedure too large

I am getting a "procedure too large" error and can't seem to find what the
limits are on procedure size. I do have a large Select Case but can't
imagine that this procedure exceeds the limits. Can anyone help?
 
I'm willing to bet that the procedure needs to be (or can be) broken
down into multiple subs/functions. Let me guess you have MULTIPLE labels
and numerous GOTO statements?
