Procedure Entry Point

Upon start up of Win XP, get a message saying "the procedure entry point GetProcessFlags could not be found in Kernel32.dll
How can I fix that? I have tried Start--Run--SFC, but to no avail...any thoughts??

I just did a google search of your error and came up with the above hits.
