I keep getting this Internet explorer or explorer has
just encountered a problem and need to close. We are

Have you tried reloading IE 6 SP1 ?

Right click the internet explorer Icon on your desk top.

Select properties next click the Advanced Tab.

Look for the "Enable third-party browser extension
(requires restart)" and make sure the box is NOT selected.

Restart the computer....
