Problems with WinXP recognising my Sata Driver

When I attempted to install Windows XP and selected F6 for
additional drivers and attempt to install the Sata Driver, the
following message appears:

File\WinXP\Fasttx2k.sys caused an unexpected error (18) at Line 2108
in D:\XPSP1\base\boot\setup\oemdiskc

I attempted to copy the files from my motherboard CD, but am still
having problems. Can anyone point me to where I can download the driver
from and install directly on my floppy?

From either your motherboard manufacturers site or the site of the

manufacturer of your SATA controller card depending on what you have.
