problems with windows xp system

i hope u guys can help me. i have been on the phone with
dell as well as mcafee as well as with u guys. about 2
weeks ago u guys wlaked me thru reformatting my puter, i
am a person who likes to play games alot. there is this
particular site that i go to all the time, it is
www.pogo.com anywyaz before i reformatted my computer, i
go to to pogo and in any of the games room i was in i
could right click on my name and it would bring up see
profile. i could click on it and then it would let me see
how many tokens i had and how many more i needed o et my
badge, anywayz after reformatting my computer, i go to
pogo and click on my profile and it flashes real quick
and then makes a doink noise. but dell had me go into
safe mode today and i could actually see my proifle again
but gettingout of safe mode i couldn't they told me t
call mcafee which i ended up disabling my virus
scanonline and it still didn't matter. also dell was
talking bout installing java? which we got disconnected
and i didn't get the same person again, so i was hoping
that maybe u could help me. please let me know. thank you
