I have office XP And 2003 but in any of those versions i can open that
file, (only that specific file because other files made with office
2000 there is no problem)
In that case, this particular document is damaged. If you still have an installatin
of Word 2000 around you can see whether that version can open it. Sometimes, the
damage is very specific to the version, so the originating version can still open
it. If Word 2000 can open it, try saving to RTF format.
If Word 2000 can't open it, or you don't have the option to use Word 2000, then
you'll find a "Recover text from any document" in the file format last in Word
2003's File/Open dialog box. You can use that to at least get the text back (but
formatting will be lost).
