Problems with the 'Sims 2' game.

When i start up the 'Sims 2' game the intro works and it processes through
the neccessary stages. However when i get up to the last stage it stops. Then
it states that 'Graphics Adapter has experienced an Internal Error'. I don't
know what to do. Could some please reply by telling me a solution or what
could be the cause of this?

Hi,

Which graphics adapter are you using?
Click Start / Run / type: dxdiag
Click the Display Tab
Look under Device for the name and manufacturer
