Problems with sumproduct and dates

Hi there,

It doesn't work - Excel returns the #VALUE? error. Any suggestions
 
Do you have any #value! (or other errors in your ranges (N:0))

ps. I like this format for the date:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(N2:N1000="Meeting"),--(O2:O1000=DATE(2004,10,18)))
