Problems with signature in OE

My logo appears as an X in my signature. " send images with pictures" is
checked. using HTML. I am supposed to uncheck " Block images and other
external contents in HTML e-mails" in Tools, Options, Security but can't find
it. Can anyone help?

Are you referring to Outlook Express?
If you do not have XP SP2 you won't see that option in OE.
And, since you're not using OE right now we can't tell what version you
have.
