Problems with Serious Magic Visual Communicator Web

I am trying to use Serious Magic Visual Communicater but I keep getting a
can not read memory error when the program tries to load. Regmon reports
a buffer overflow.

I think it is due to the video card / driver, but I have using the
latest driver and since it is a notebook, I can not change the video card.

Anybody have any ideas?

What do the Serious Magic tech support people say?

They have advised me to reload the drivers, reinstall the software, swap
the memory, and all of the standard things. Nothing helps.

They are sending out a new installation CD, but they don't think that
will help.

In case anyone is interested, Serious Magic sent me a replacement CD. I
also re-applied SP1a. Between the two of them, the problem was solved.
