Problems with Screen Saver

This is what happens when using the computer the computer locksup,the screen
is froze with the last saver picture and it stays on,when I go to the
alt,ctrl,delete the screen comes up showing screen saver NOT running I don't
have to do any thing just wait a couple sec's and it clears and the computer
works ok I also notice that when clicking on the links that are sent via
email I have to wait for a while before they come up,which I never had to do
before
Can anyone help me please.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW
