Problems with Outlook 2003's Address Book

Hello
I have a problem with Outlook 2003 and the address book. The thing i
that I had to re-install Windows XP so I saved the .wab file. Now
can't import it into Outlook 2003, seems like Outlook 2003 doesn't us
or sopport .wab files. Outlook Express doesn't open the address boo
correctly although it says it does. I have a lot of e-mails in tha
address book so would like to save it somehow. I've been readin
outlook's help but it doesn't say anything about .wab files, is lik
.wab files doesn't exists. What can I do?

Outlook has never been able to import a WAB. You must import it into OE
first. If you can't do that you have an OE problem.

When I try to open the address book outlook 2003 displays a erro
message andit says that it can't show the address book, it can't ope
the contact folder from the address book, may be because it was moved
or deleted or because I don't have the certificate, and then it say
something about removing the contact folder if I want to, etc. Removin
the contact folder would do... what? Please, I need help, I don't hav
an address book!
